These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of aichartscanner.com and its AI chart analysis tool (the “Service”), operated by AIChartScanner, a product of FX Trading Institute, Mumbai, India (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

The Service lets you upload screenshots of price charts and receive AI-generated technical analysis, such as trend, support and resistance, possible scenarios and example trade levels, and lets you ask follow-up questions about your chart. The analysis is produced automatically by third-party AI models and is not reviewed by a person.

2. Education only, not advice

Everything the Service produces is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not investment advice, research, a recommendation, an offer or a solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security, currency, commodity, cryptocurrency or other instrument. Example entry, stop-loss and target levels illustrate how a chart can be read; they are not instructions to trade.

3. Regulatory status

AIChartScanner and FX Trading Institute are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst, and do not provide personalised investment advice. Indian residents should note that the Reserve Bank of India permits forex trading only in permitted currency pairs on recognised Indian exchanges; trading with unauthorised overseas platforms is not permitted. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

4. Risk warning

Trading forex, commodities, cryptocurrencies, stocks, futures and options carries a high risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than you invest when using leverage. AI can misread charts, misidentify prices or patterns, and produce wrong conclusions. Past patterns do not guarantee future results. Always verify levels on your live chart, use a stop loss, and never trade money you cannot afford to lose. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their results.

5. Your account and free limits

You may use the Service as a guest or sign in (for example with Google). You must be at least 18 years old.
Free use is limited to a number of scans and chat messages per day. We may change these limits, or pause the free service, at any time.
Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

6. What you may upload

Upload only chart images you have the right to share.
Do not upload personal or sensitive information, such as account numbers, balances, names, email addresses or ID documents. Crop them out before uploading.
Do not upload illegal, offensive or malicious content.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use bots, scripts or automation to access the Service; try to get around usage limits (for example with multiple accounts or proxies); copy, resell or redistribute the Service or its output as a commercial signal service; attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service; or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including AI providers (such as Google Gemini) to analyse your charts, a hosting provider, and Google for sign-in. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Paid plans

Paid plans are not yet available. If we introduce them, their price, features, billing and refund terms will be shown before you pay and will form part of these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, software and branding belong to us. You keep the rights to the images you upload. You may use the analysis you receive for your own personal, non-commercial use and may share it with attribution to AIChartScanner.

11. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your needs.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim (₹0 for free use).

13. Suspension and changes

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms. We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Service means you accept the update.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
