Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information AIChartScanner (“we”, “us”), a product of FX Trading Institute, Mumbai, India, collects when you use aichartscanner.com (the “Service”), how we use it, and your choices. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. The short version

Your chart screenshots are sent to an AI provider (Google Gemini) to create your analysis. We do not store your screenshots on our servers.
Google may use content sent through its free AI service to improve its products, so crop out personal details (balances, names, account numbers) before uploading.
If you sign in or join the waitlist, we keep your name and email to run your account and tell you about launches. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
We do not sell your personal data.

2. What we collect

Chart screenshots and chat questions. Sent from your browser through our server to the AI provider to produce your analysis and answers. We do not save them. Your current analysis stays in your browser until you leave the page.
Account details (only if you sign in): your name, email address and profile picture from the sign-in provider (for example Google).
Waitlist email (only if you join): your email and the plan you are interested in.
Usage counters. To apply daily free limits we keep a count per visitor for 24 hours, linked to a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, or to your account if signed in.
Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and troubleshooting.
Browser storage and cookies. Your position-size calculator settings are saved only in your own browser. If you sign in, WordPress sets login cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.

3. How your chart is processed by AI

We currently use Google Gemini (Google LLC) through its free tier. Google processes the screenshots and questions you send and, under its terms for the free tier, may use this content to improve its products, which can include review by people. See Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. Please do not upload anything you would not want Google to see.

4. How we use information

To provide the analysis and chat you ask for.
To apply fair-use limits and prevent abuse.
To run your account and, if you joined the waitlist, to email you about paid plans and launches (every email lets you unsubscribe).
To keep the Service secure and fix problems.
To comply with law.

5. Who we share it with

AI provider: Google (Gemini), for analysis, as described above.
Hosting: Hostinger, which hosts our website and database.
Sign-in: Google, if you choose “Continue with Google”.
Authorities: when the law requires it.

Some of these providers process data outside India. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

6. How long we keep it

Screenshots and chat: not stored by us.
Usage counters: 24 hours.
Account and waitlist data: until you ask us to delete it, or until the account has been inactive for 2 years.
Server logs: as kept by our hosting provider, usually a few weeks.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent for emails, or raise a grievance. Email support@aichartscanner.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Children

The Service is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Security

We use HTTPS encryption and limit access to stored data, but no online service is completely secure.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be shown on the website.
